Clutch Tools

It takes 2 to 3 hours to change the clutch. Notes on the clutch replacement process: 

• When disassembling and installing the clutch cover, use the professional tools in clutch tool kit to fix the flywheel, and you need to mark it well, and you need to tighten it in stages when installing. 

• Install the slave disk with the shock absorber facing backwards and apply a small amount of grease to the spline hub. 

• Insert the special clutch tool kit or transmission input shaft into the guide bearing of the central spline hub and transmission input shaft to prevent the clutch disc from falling off. 

• Use clutch tool kit or transmission input shaft to align the pilot bearing of the driven disc and transmission shaft during installation. 

• When installing the clutch cover parts, there is lubricant or grease on the clutch surface and pressure plate, which needs to be wiped off with a rag.
